Company: Our client, as part of one of Southeast Asia's leading digital financial services platforms, the company builds secure, scalable, and customer-first digital banking experiences for millions of users across Vietnam.

This is an opportunity to shape the engineering foundations behind one of Vietnam's leading digital banks — owning the core engineering platform, building internal frameworks, and driving best practices across teams while working alongside a regional Platform Engineering group spanning Vietnam, Indonesia, and Singapore.

Responsibilities • Lead the Product function and drive the overall product strategy, roadmap, and execution across our product portfolio. • Manage and mentor Product Managers, fostering a high-performance, customer centric, and data-driven product culture. • Partner with senior leadership to define product vision, priorities, and long-term strategic initiatives aligned with business objectives. • Oversee product planning and prioritization across multiple product domains, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize business impact.

Qualifications • 8+ years of Product Management experience, including experience leading Product Managers and complex product organizations. • Proven track record of defining product strategy and delivering products that drive significant customer and business impact. • Strong leadership experience with the ability to build, mentor, and develop high performing product teams. • Deep understanding of digital products, customer experience, product discovery, and Agile product development. • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect product investments to business outcomes. • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills (SQL)
