- 3 年以上移动端 UI 设计经验，有成功上线并面向海外市场的 FinTech 产品案例。
- 深刻理解 Atomic Design 设计模式，追求像素级的视觉精准度。
- 熟悉 Web3 特有的交互痛点（如私钥备份、Gas 确认、签名请求）并能提供优雅的 UI 方案。 加分项：
- 具备基础的 Lottie 动效制作能力，提升产品交互反馈质感。
- 熟悉 HTML/CSS 原理，能与前端开发无缝对接。
