Apply multithreading, concurrency, and asynchronous programming techniques to build high-performance applications. Participate in system architecture, technical solution design, and code reviews. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions for production and development environments. Contribute to approximately 30% Frontend development using JavaScript/TypeScript. Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Architects, QA Engineers, and other development teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Drive engineering best practices, including coding standards, design patterns, testing, CI/CD, and Agile development practices. Take ownership of technical decisions and ensure the quality and timely delivery of assigned projects.
