Job Description Lead people management across technical engineers, driving team growth and retention Design and implement career paths, grading systems, and performance review frameworks from scratch Proactively identify future risks across the organization, technology, and processes, and propose concrete solutions before problems arise Partner with HR and TA to strengthen engineering recruitment capabilities Collaborate with Tech Leads with a solid understanding of technical context, supporting decision-making across both technology and organization
