岗位核心目标： 设计安全、合规、高性能的数字资产钱包系统，支持上层业务需求。 详细职责：
- 架构设计： 负责钱包产品，深度调研 Fireblocks、Cobo 方案。
- 资产管理： 设计并优化资产充值、提现、内部调拨流程；负责多链 Gas Fee 策略优化及归集逻辑。
- 安全合规： 设计提现审核风控引擎，确保存储与传输层符合安全合规标准。
- 对账系统： 构建链上数据与平台内部数据库的实时、准实时对账系统，确保账实相符。 任职资格：
- 3 年以上加密货币钱包产品经验，熟悉 MPC (Multi-Party Computation) 或 TSS 技术原理。
- 精通主流公链（BTC, ETH, Solana, Layer2s）的转账机制、签名算法及链上节点交互。
- 有处理高并发资金流水对账、资产清算的实战经验。 加分项：
- 熟悉 Account Abstraction (EIP-4337) 协议及智能合约钱包。
- 有通过 SOC2 或同级别安全审计的项目经验。
