职位描述:
1.负责业务系统的架构探索与规划，并结合实际业务场景推进落地 2.负责团队业务基础架构设计、开发与演进，针对业务架构提出系统架构演进建议，保障平台在高性能、高可用的稳定环境运行 3.指导各方向进行系统与项目的规划与实施，牵头解决技术历史债务与线上问题，持续建设和维护业务系统稳定性 4.结合平台业务提取、抽象业务实体与服务边界职责，推进架构向组件化、配置化的方向演进 5.跟踪调研业务形态，参与技术/产品需求评审，确保业务选代的同时保证架构稳定
职位要求:
1.本科及以上学历，5年及以上工作经验，有大规模分布式、高可用系统开发设计经验 2.熟练掌握C++/C#/Java/Python/Golang/Rust等一种以上开发语言 3.熟练掌握程序设计与架构设计方法，熟悉DDD设计思路，了解DSL设计原理，能够独立负责基础架构设计与开发工作 4.能从业务与用户视角对系统架构做出正确的判断，也可以从技术视角输出给合作方产品优化方向 5.对技术有热情，责任心强，有一定的沟通能力，具备良好的团队合作精神
