🛠 The Product Maestro Pilot is a web-based platform that converts BIM/CAD models, engineering inputs, and site feedback into:

• Interactive 3D assembly manuals
• Real-time completion tracking for clients We digest massive BIM models, use AI to generate logical assembly sequences, and visualize everything in a custom 3D engine. We’re building the operating system for next-generation construction.

📍 Proof, not slides We bootstrapped by proving the tech in the field. In just 24 months, Maestro has delivered mass-timber and steel projects across Europe and the US 🌍 Results? Less re-work, faster schedules, and lower carbon impact ♻️

🔭 What’s next Manufacturers are lining up for enterprise trials. Now we’re expanding the software team to ship the next-gen Pilot and make digital assembly the industry default.

💻 Your Mission You’ll build the application backbone of a high-performance Single-Page Application (SPA) that connects massive geometric datasets (1M+ objects) directly to the user’s fingertips.

You’ll work on:

• Advanced UI architecture (React, SSR/RSC, hydration, rendering strategies)
• Complex data visualization (datagrids, flowcharts, 3D overlays)
• State management at scale (Redux, Zustand, XState)
• Algorithms & data structures (graphs, trees, BIM traversal)
• Performance-first engineering (benchmarking, custom lightweight solutions)

🤝 How you’ll collaborate

• With the Graphics Lead to sync React UI with a custom Three.js engine
• With the AI Engineer to visualize AI agents, streaming outputs, and interactive chat interfaces

🧠 The reality From optimizing recursive SQL queries in the morning, to refactoring heavy UI components in the afternoon, your work directly impacts live construction sites.
