FRONTEND ENGINEER OPENING @ ZEPPELIN JOB TYPE: FULL TIME LOCATION: BUENOS AIRES / REMOTE (only with previous remote experience)

Zeppelin builds the industry security standard for architecting and deploying smart contract systems in public blockchains. We build open source infrastructure and conduct in-depth system security audits to high-impact smart contract systems. Learn more about us!

The key to adoption is creating the best UI/UX experience. We’re looking for a Frontend Engineer to help us connect smart contracts with our users.

Our Frontend Engineer will build the interfaces of our mid-layer blockchain architecture as well as the frontend for the sample and experimental apps we built using Open Zeppelin and Zeppelin OS.

What you'll do

• Research, build and test user-facing interfaces for Open Zeppelin and Zeppelin OS.
• Experiment and develop user-facing interfaces for sample and experimental apps built on top of Open Zeppelin and Zeppelin OS.
• Work closely with the product and engineering teams to define and implement new product features.
• Collaborate with our designer to develop templates, usability, and functionality to our websites.

Who we're looking for

• You have expert understanding of modern JavaScript, web APIs, CSS, React, resource optimization, and web development tools.
• You have extensive experience with web design, web application, and UI engineering.
• You have proven ability to ship quality, well-crafted code within tight deadlines.
• You put a focus on details and design.
• You're an autonomous individual with a proactive attitude and a love for time self-management.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous work with P2P Networking and distributed systems.
• Previous experience contributing to or managing crypto or open source projects.
• Technical understanding of blockchain technologies.
