🔎 WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

Develop & configure ServiceNow ITSM & CMDB Custom Fields, Business Rules, Workflow Configuration Build API integrations using REST API / SOAP API / IntegrationHub / Webhooks Integrate security & vulnerability scanning tools with ServiceNow Work with tools such as Tenable CNAPP / Tenable.io, Qualys hoặc cloud-native security tools Bring security findings into ServiceNow and automate remediation ticket creation & assignment Support the Vulnerability Management Lifecycle

🎯 REQUIREMENTS

2+ years hands-on ServiceNow experience Strong experience with ITSM & CMDB Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Integration / API Experience integrating security/vulnerability tools with ServiceNow Understand Vulnerability Management Cloud knowledge: AWS / Azure / GCP (Alibaba / Tencent / Huawei Cloud are also welcome) English communication

⭐ NICE TO HAVE

ServiceNow CSA / CAD Cloud / Security certifications Experience with security scanning connectors/integrations Enterprise / Financial Services / Public Sector projects, especially Greater China
