Feature: Social Meta Tags (OpenGraph) for Jobs

Issue :

When users share a specific job update or the homepage on social media, there is no dynamic OpenGraph preview. The project has an og-image.svg, but it is not dynamically populated with job data. Improvement: Implement dynamic metadata in the Next.js layout.tsx or individual page components to improve social sharing visibility.
